SBI BPCL Cashback for BPCL Fuel Outlets

I had filled up petrol from BPCL outlet using the BPCL Credit Card, but there was no cashback. Do we get reward points only , or cashback for filling petrol in BPCL outlets?

As mentioned in the image it is a valueback in form of points ie 13x points if used for fuel purchase at bpcl. No cashback only u will get points for this transaction.

Yes, its in the form of reward points only.

No charges if you use them for fuel.

The outlet need to register their swipe machine as BPCL outlet. Otherwise, you wont get the reward.

Then, maybe your BIN number has not been updated. Contact SBI, and share the screenshot to them

Contacted them multiple times they can't seems to find the problem. Also it takes so much time to contact customer care and then they hang up the phone mid conversation. Just fed up with this card.

Send an email, or convert the card to SimplyClick. Then, 90 days later, convert it back

Already have SimplyClick. Also asked them to convert but they say no offer right know.

Then cancel the BPCL Card. And transfer the limit of that card to SImplyclick. After 90 days, convert the SimplyClick card to BPCL
