Since it says they can terminate without notice, I don't think there is anything can be done about it.In this 2nd point says they can restrict or terminate as per their wish. So how to proceed? @sjmajumder I have asked the reason for closure again to customer service head.

It is very unfortunate that banks are required to give reason for rejecting a CC application but they are not required to give a reason for cancelling an existing CC. RBI must include this in the master direction for CC and DC.Ok so not raising the complaint
As per T&C it seems you are required to pay immediately and not wait for bill generation.Do I need to wait till bill generation date to pay my outstanding as my card is blocked. Due to bbps Its not fetching the total outstanding amount now @sjmajumder
I tried to pay via yono app but it dint allow me under credit cards.
I m not able to pay via cred or even sbi app. Should I raise a TicketAs per T&C it seems you are required to pay immediately and not wait for bill generation.
They will contact you for a refund of the excess amount.Bill statement got generated and I see cashback is also correct but question how will it be credited? When I check with customer they are replying a template which is copy paste and not really addressing the query. Can I request refund for extra amount? The card is closed now so will it work? @sjmajumder

When I try to login to my sbi card app it says it's locked and signed out due to security reasons.
Did any of you guys face this and how to unlock this.

The card was blocked from bank side since they approved it wronglywait for day
@sjmajumder The cashback is not yet credited n I suppose so cos the card is closed . When I checked they asked me to send the TXN details and then they will check if I'm eligible to get the cashback or not cos the card is clsoed. When I sent the mail for asking cashback I sent a screenshot of my statement with cashback amount mentioned.Write to them asking them to credit the excess amount to your bank account. Provide your account details (preferably SBI Ac if you have one) and attach cancelled cheque.
