SBI card swap/change period

Hi, I got SBI simply click card on dec 2022, As it is paid card and I want SBI card only for offers, so thinking of taking SBI BPCL card by swapping my simply click card.
I always wanted SBI BPCL card as it is eligible for SBI instant discount offer and fee reversal spend is only 50K,
but in office there was SBI desk was offering simply click on CIBIL without documents so I applied and got.

After how many days, I can swap that card with BPCL. Can I call customer care and swap?

Please suggest.

Hope you will get BPCL RuPay. SBI discount offer now also working on all merchants specially Flipkart/Amazon.

SBI RuPay CC also supported EMI on Flipkart but only Amazon is not supported yet.

NPCI also announced after March 2023, SBI RuPay CC will linked with UPI.

Ane do jo bhi he, I want SBI card just for instance discount offers. I think RuPay will work for that everywhere.

Aren't they creating new accounts in your cibil report for every new card you got?

I think if cards are swapped/upgraded/degraded account remain same that is account opening date. But as new card number issued, entries increases on cibil report. Only if applied fresh for any other SBI card then that will create new account.

Do you mean for cards upgraded, cibil show new account with its new opening date? My SBI cards upgraded and downgrade once. Account opening date for all 3 cards remained same.

He had simplaysave then got simplyclick as additional card. but later he blocked simplyclick and resissued simplysave. now three accounts are showing in his cibil.

Maybe I have misunderstood you. For me also 3 entries on cibil, all have different account number as different card number but same account opening date. So I considered it as single/same account for myself.
