Except for trasferring into CB card..

It works even for cashback card. My friend vicky had sbi cashback and bpcl card from over a year now. He applied for bpcl octane and he got a call from bank they said you can only have one bpcl card so existing card will be closed after the new card approval. My friend agreed and immediately called customer care asked them to trnsfer bpcl limit to cashback card and voila its done.

Tried 3 to 4 months ago.. Now I closed my SC .. cant try now..
I am trying to get my closed SC revived and then try again ..

entire limit? How? what did you say to them? What happened to the card from which you transfered the limit? is it closed?

Btw guys if we take a card upgrade in sbi. It will be on split limit basis right?
