SBI Credit Card portal headache

I'm trying to get my billing cycle changed by sending sbi email. But they're asking me to check the sbicard website mailbox. In the mailbox I can only see the first line they're sending "Hello Mr. xyz" and nothing else. I told them that and they replied with "Hello Mr. xyz" again.
Anyone else faced this issue?

U can change the same on call also. Make sure to have no dues and no EMIs running
