Because of wallet MCC. Before change it may have provided. I don't use Paytm, Mobikwik or any other wallet that don't belong to banks. 🙂

Sbi dc doesn't give RP on cc bill payment on some platforms.

Actually it does. Accumulated 4000 points using that card only for CC bills payments through SBI Unipay. And then used those to pay ₹1000 bill of a credit card...

will MC virtual dc give reward points on sbi card payment via bill desk? if so, is the minimum txn limit 1000 for this?
