SBI Double Cibil Enquiry

I have applied for the SBI Cashback Card on 16 March & Done Vkyc on 19 March. After that till 25 March received 2 verification call but no update.

But again, they made a hard enquiry without my permission on 26 March and same day received again same verification call but due to network issue, call got disconnected. Haven't received after that. Still no update on my Cashback Card.

What to do next? No customer support received on call as well as well no response on Twitter.

SBI, HDFC these are the banks that do CIBIL inquiries just like leaves falling from tree.

Minimum 2 inquiries they do and on top of that for many reject 🥲🥲

Is this a typo or a true claim?

If your application falls in the hands of agents, better to forget it if you don't want to receive what is not applied. Unless you get an agent that really cares for you (which is next to impossible), the result stays the same
