Bhai is this 1000 extra points gets credited every time for 50k payments … if it is then I made a stupid mistake of paying 49865 rs of SC cc bill yesterday 🥲. I thought 1000 points is for milestone spends of rs 1lakh which I got already !!!

Update: SBI manually credited my November and December missed bonus points for 19 txns. They silently did it without even caring to respond to email.

The 10K txn still have no bonus credit. Now will mail them again. 🤣

No. It don't. 10000 monthly cap is only for Normal + VDC Bonus and in birthday month for bday bonus. All other campaign points and per lakh aren't considered.

Ex: You do 5L Txns. You get 5000 Normal + 5000 Bonus (max. 10K cap reached) and also 10000 Milestone pts. (only condition that bonus also credited for these txns automatically). So total 5000 for 5L payment of 1%.

In bday month you can do 2.5L txns and you get 2500 Normal + 2500 Bonus + 5000 (Bday bonus) + 5000 Milestone effectively 1.5%.

Have you tried from both YONO App and Netbanking? Someone before this also faced same issues and it was Account Variant issue.

On Monday I closed mine VISA and generated RuPay instantly. I have General Savings Acc. All other 3 SBI accs still having VISA VDC.

Yes tried from both the means. It says it can only be applied after few days; 10 Jan.

Someone before this also faced same issues and it was Account Variant issue.

A/c variant issue? But it seems like it's restriction/ gap introduced by SBI, that second card can only be generated after 15 days?
