SBI Unipay: Credit Card Bill Payments Failed - Customers Struggle with Refunds

Got my refund back. SBI didnt replied, but doing chargeback with my bank helped.

How manyy dayys did it take for you?

Update: The money is refunded now.

Question: Is SBI Unipay still working for paying HDFC credit cards? I checked Cred and it still worked

I have similar problem. Where did you raise chargeback for this?

Around 1,02,000 is now stuck with no records from SBI Unipay. I raised the dispute in IDFC Bank app for these 3 txns. I also mailed SBI but with zero response.

How long did you wait for the money to come back?

IDFC, you can flag the transaction from mobile app, or call customer care. They will say it will take upto 45 days, but its much quicker 4~5 days

Used Unipay for first time , paid all 9 CC bills using idfc first select debit card. All 9 bills were settled in a day .
Waiting for rewards . I will update here once i get it.

Update - Got Rewards as well, have no idea how they have 10x rewards. Something is better than nothing. Almost 12 days got my points.

Yes you can. But its not as efficient as chargeback for CC.

I have used Unipay just last week for 3payments worth more than 1.5lac using Hdfc Dc, Thankfully all settled within 2days, the issue could be with few bank cards.

Bhai tum ek kaam karo, SBI Unipay band hi karva do. Kya matlab hai - 1% cashback bhi chahiye, risk bhi nahi lena aur failed transaction ke liye compensation bhi chahiye? Wahhhh……

I raised it via app. But also called customer care. And also RM! Was fully panicked

I think raising via App should be enough
