SBM Bank credit card closed without intimation

I have an SBM PaisaBazaar Step Up Rupay CC (secured, FD-based). It is almost two years old.

I received an SMS today that the card will be closed for non-usage within 30 days (SMS attached).
I decided to do a transaction with the card today itself, but was unable to complete it due to non-receipt of OTP.

So I opened PaisaBazaar app to check the card usage controls.
However, to my surprise, I found out that the card had already been closed (screenshot attached).

Can anything be done now?

It's closed as per RBI guidelines. Why didn't you make a single transaction for more than a year? You could have loaded 2 rupees to any wallet at least.

@White_Fox Maybe a bit late, but you still have 1 year's time to reach RBI BO, it has specific guideline for credit card closure due to non-usage in 1 year, issuer must give 30 days intimation and give customer opportunity to respond or retain before closure. Same happened with me, I escalated and got to RBI BO, got hefty compensation. You should too.

I request you, kindly elaborate the full procedure with screenshots if possible.
