Can anyone clarify SC smart cashback related query..

Do we earn cashback per statement like Ace?? or Monthly (Like transactions are calculated from 1st of every till end of the month)

In website (Get 2%* cashback on all your Online spends, up to a maximum of Rs 1000 per month.) but not sure is it for real!

unless rare and unfortunate scenarios, cashback 99% of the time credit as soon as transaction settled (upto 3 working days).

I did a transaction on 11th and it is already settled. Yet to see the cashback.

never faced that issue, or maybe I never monitored all transactions because I only check during statement (then only we can complain about missing transactions) and that is always matched.

It should settle, check with customer care if any issues.

btw, if transaction has [unposted] like that then its not settled yet.

Also, Is there any better way to handle monthly cashback tracking?

I am not able to calculate it correctly. each month I spent 50k but cashback is only 604 and 405 for those months.

What are the dates for those transactions?
Possibly are 604 and 405 from different statements?
If your statement date is 15th May, you did one transaction on 10th May of 30200 then you got 604 in May month cashback.
Then you did 20250 transaction on 20th May then you got 405 cashback in June statement. So you did both transactions in same month but cashback divided into 2 statements. Is this your scenario?

yes. 604 and 405 cashbacks are from 2 statements.
Before using this card, I used to track statement cycle for Axis Ace and SBI cashback. Any tricks to track or manage monthly cashback for this card?

im new to sc smart credit card , wheater i will get cb on wallet reload... and when i will be credited to 360.
