depends on your use case, your use case Millennia might be preferred but you can always look at offerings of both cards and decide which one suits your needs better than others.

You can't get infinia with FD anymore. You can only get CL increment. U can get upto regalia gold with FD only. DCB and infinia against FD are no longer offered.
CL increment as in lets say my DCB limit is 50K I can increase it to 10L via 10L FD ?
thats a bad beat, no sane customer should opt for it
you will need to peruse your BM to get you HDFC Regalia. Its possible and there is no harm in trying !!

Secured card isn't for high reward or unlimited benefits which comes with hni cards
