Share your experience of BOB Cards application process

Lol. My card came by Blue Dart. I got dispatch message 3 days after approval message and then 2 more days for delivery. As soon as i got sms with blue dart tracking number I tried tracking but it was showing status unavailable. Then next day morning status was updated and then next day card was delivered. I read in few other threads that Bob used speedpost also. So I guess it depends on location. I think if you live in tir 1 or big city then it will definitely be blue dart.

Sent mail for requesting status on 28th March
So next day IPV happened for home and office on 29th March
Card approved msg came on 30th March
Totally smooth process for me, but IPV has gone next level he asked details about own or rented home, family members, working details along with office address and address proof apart from aadhar luckily I have the passport with same address

Got a call today from BOB executive they can't issue me BOB card as I already have One card BOB variant. As per there policies only one card can be issued. Is this something new rule? because I have once card BOB & eterna in my family?

Adding further details..
When they asked 'if you are existing Bob customer', I said NO, only then it gave me option to give my existing credit card details[card name and limit]. Actually I am their customer, got savings account for the last 9years.

Office ipv agent requested for money, said he traveled 120km one way just for this verification. I said 500rs, then he said,' Sir please sir 500rs more, too hot outside, 120km on bike......' I was like 'okay, whatever, take 1000rs and lets get this done' I don't want the headache of rejection, waiting, applying again. I consider this 1000rs as one time fee for LTF BoB card.

for me vkyc kar diya, fir bhi status tracking me vkyc pending dikha raha hai... shall i do it again? or wait for anything else to happen?
You will not get any sms or email saying ' vkyc done'. Tracking status will be like that for few days. If you have any doubt mail them on crm@bobfinancial.com
You should not have bribed them. They are already paid better than pvt card agents. Moreover approval is not in their hand. I got a a feedback call to ask if they had asked money from you. So i think bob card agents asking for money is a common thing
I should not have, ideally. My 1st reaction was ..'wow this .......' I dont know how they are paid. But
1 Like i said, I dont want any headache in this process. Acceptance is not in their hands but , i guess, they can meddle with it.

No i have seen ppl having 2 bob cards not sure whether any exceptions approved
Does BOB application takes time? My IPV done on 23rd. My status is still showing in progress..!!
Finally, received the card yesterday evening! 🥳
BoB Eterna on Visa Infinite platform with 1.5L CL.
My first Visa Infinite card 🙂 Made the first swipe today.
Exactly 20 days from application to receipt. No physical verification of any kind was done.
Congrats!! Its a Paid Card rite!! This card was showing fees while applying so didn't take it!!
