Even though the terms and conditions says I can buy 20k if can't add more then 10k a way to buy pass is add another random voucher go to buy but press cancel in PayZapp it will come to order page where you can add an additional 10k voucher and remove the other random voucher you added while buying.

Can someone confirm on this issue? This will impact almost all of Amazon Pay voucher purchases on Smartbuy. Why would anyone buy the vouchers if there is no 5x on it?

If transactions detail’s mentioned hdfc smartbuy gyftr then i think you will get definitely get points…another thing you can confirm like you get vouchers details mentioned with hdfc smartbuy gyftr then it confirms valid transactions…hope this helps…

I got my CC statement today and my purchase in July for Amazon Pay did get me the right amount of points for 20k purchase.

They also seem to have added to the amount of shopping vouchers one can purchase, ASV new limit seems to be 10k... i am unable to purchase more ... is it the same for anyone else ...

Their terms in "Instructions" for APV say 20k and the actual buying limit they allow is only 10k as the pop up shows.

Yup, as of this last week this has happened, I've written above how to by pass that limit.

Hello forum members, I have been using DCB card for some time but I used it for buying GYFTR smartbuy vouchers for the first time this month. I am a little confused with the reward point - I don't think I got them. Can you folks pls look at it and let me know if I am making a mistake? Here are smartbuy purchases:

1. GYFTR SmartBuy vouchers of 5000+5000+500 (total 3) - I got 170+170+15 RP, but I can't see it in SmartBuy RPs. Ideally, 3x (1065) should be there.
2. Flight booking of 5446+6221, normal RP is 385, but 5x RP of 1925 doesn't match up
3. Hotel Booking of 14648, RP of 485 and 10x RP with a cap of 2500, this shows up correctly.

Also, two purchases of Asha Sweet and Swiggy don't have any RP at all - not sure why!

you are calculating it wrong, its 5x = 1x + 4x, 3x = 1x + 2x and 10x = 1x + 9x

You only get the remaining bonus example: 4x if Gyftr voucher should give you 5x in the Smartbuy section on cc statement, because 1x is shown above.

You can buy 20, but I feel like it's best not to put out that information out so they might end up patching.
