Standard chartered late fee against cred payment even after no due

Today I’m surprised to see I’ve been charged late fee for the latest statement and the previous payment was not settled, was not revised either.

My previous bill was 7109.2 and I paid this bill using cred. I got an instant message the amount has been settled against limit. Now I’m getting this late fee and total due bill again even after paying. There was no payment failure notification. The amount that I paid was not revised as well.

Please suggest what to do in this case

My flawless record with Standard Chartered has been spoiled since I upgraded to the Ultimate.

1. I am yet to received the Amazon voucher as per the welcome offer. They keep saying it will be done. I have already raised the complain till the PNO but no response yet.
2. My reward points against Annual fees were credited after I kept following up repeatedly for a month.
3. Each of my statement has interest and gst charge applied. I have to call them everytime for a reversal.

I wonder what kind of kiddish company has been hired to run their backend. Such kind of glitches and problems with customers cannot be tolerated in todays day and age.

If points1 and 3 are not resolved, my next complaint goes to RBI.

thanks god i didn't apply for SCB yet! it seem it full of glitches and bugs! just wanted SC card for the sake of adding another bank cc to my portfolio. anyone have a clue about SCB Reward offered as LTF instead of FYF.. i won't be spending more than 100rs/- in a year though. like i mentioned i wanted to add SC CC

Stan C has charged purchase interest for the past two months. I didn’t notice it in last month’s statement, but upon checking this month, I saw charges of ₹246 for this month and around ₹180 for the previous month. Additionally, they have applied GST for the previous month's charges this month, and I suspect they may still apply GST for this month's charges. While I received a reversal after contacting them, I am concerned they may continue charging in subsequent months, at least for the GST.

What adds to the frustration is that today they suddenly reduced my credit limit from ₹3 Lacs to a mere ₹10K
