Statndard Chatarad has started sourcing Platinum Rewards Credit Card under Life Time Free pricing.

This card generally comes with a Joining/Annual of INR 250+GST but under this special offer this becomes free on spending of Rs 500 or more within 30 days from card issuance to avoid levy of onetime fee of INR 250 + GST.

At last Head Customer Service confirmed the LTF pricing even though they are level 2 support.

PNO (level 3) support is just overrated.

Time to remove redundant CIBIL enquiry.
I asked for removal of cibil, but the pno replied with saying that send cibil report with enquiry amount. But now cibil has stopped showing enquiry amount. What shall i do? Any help?

Respond them saying it contains sensitive info and can't be shared for security purpose. Just send them the snapshot of the report. I'm yet to initiate an email.
 
This is what I wrote to them.
Use words like Shameless, Madness.
HDFC wasted my two weeks.

Then I wrote , I can not tolerate your Shamelessness and Madness anymore

After that E-Mail issue resolved in next one week and I got compensation too.

Whereas Axis do not even Respond without using such words.
In Frustration once I wrote to Axis
"Axis is Dustbin and Employees are garbage of that dustbin"
and change your tag line to
"Dil se Open, Dimaag se dakkan"

let me know how you proceed with this.
currently i am fighting with indusind on this and despite me sending them screenshot of cibil report containing the report number and their enquiry, they are asking me for the whole report.

After Issue is resolved, I politely asked them for Compensation for wasting my time and resources.

They agree for 1000 Amazon voucher and LTF millennia Ugrade.

I sent confirmation/Acceptance for above Compensation on 31st Midnight and You would not believe my Card Was Upgraded on 31st itself and new Card was reflecting on 1st April.
And Card delivered early morning on 2nd April.
