This card generally comes with a Joining/Annual of INR 250+GST but under this special offer this becomes free on spending of Rs 500 or more within 30 days from card issuance to avoid levy of onetime fee of INR 250 + GST.

Need not. PAN Aadhar Data already ache to. You can mask AADHAR. Don't mask PAN.

You at least got a reply from PNO. I am still waiting for the reply since 1 month.
Truth be told, I am frustrated with the normal customer care as well. They dont seem to have basic knowledge of anything. I am not sure whether SC bank has an extremely liberal work policy or the employees arent paid well.

No... I complained to pno as well as level 2 customer care.... Srill no update on complaint or my application..... So much to be called a foreign bank... Even regional banks have better response....

Welcome to SC bank😂 I have a friend of mine who has SC Priority Banking Account. Based on his own experience, I decided tht I will never proceed with any relationship with SC unless badly required (eg - a great CC offering)

There was a fraud transaction on his CC which he was trying to report (this happened in 2021); he calls the Priority Customer Care Desk several times; and gets the reply- "All our agents are currently busy. We request you to try again after some time". Aur call SIDHA APNE AAP CUT. 😂😂

Mere dost ne raat ko bhi 3 baje call karke try kiya (Priority desk is 24*7) phir bhi yehi msg😂. It took him 5+ days to just report tht fraud transaction and for the bank to acknowledge it😂😐😐😂 ( and tht too he finally wrote in an emailll!!!!!!)

I had asked them to remove duplicate cibil enquiry and even sent them full cibil report. still they reply something else and not what i asked. Does the bank executives have their eyes completely closed. What to do now?
