Suggest me a phone deal under 25k in Aug/Sep 2024

Let me ask something to everyone here,

Which is better,
Edge 50 Fusion 12Gb+256Gb vs Edge 50 Pro 8Gb+256Gb
Pro is better even if it's 8gb ram. And it's not just because of the better processor. It has a extra telephoto camera which hardly any other phone in this range has. It has usb 3.1 support (compared to 2.0) in fusion. It has bluetooth 5.4 (vs 5.2). It has better 50mp selfie camera with support for 1080p 60fps (though 4k support would have been better).
Hence the pro model is costlier obviously.
Now the cons: 4500 mah battery in pro compared to 5000 mah in fusion. So battery life will be slightly worse (I am saying only slightly worse because the better processor in the pro model is more energy efficient) .

just recommend nothing phone 2..game done..it has better processor than both moto..clean android..better design..better cam..display better..

So Processor is more important then Ram ,

I'm asking because they're similarly priced
There should be a balance.
Yes processor is more important. But you won't be able to run a phone with 4gb ram even if it has a 8 series process.
But if there is sufficient ram, which 8gb is, then definitely the better processor will be better in the long term.

Yes nothing phone 2 is also a good phone. But few points to note:
1. Even though it has sd8+ gen1, it is a 3 year old processor. So performance is only slightly better.
2. Design is subjective.
3. Android version was one year old in nothing. So one less android update on paper (only on paper due to Motorola's history with updates)
4. Camera is actually better in moto edge 50 pro along with a telephoto camera which nothing doesn't have. Also selfie camera is better in moto.
5. Display is also better in moto with higher resolution, a 144 hz display (compared to 120). Higher peak brightness in moto of almost 1300 nits compared to about 1000 in nothing.
Few other points: Motorola has ip68 rating (compared to ip54), better wifi, better bluetooth, better usb c port among others. So that is all due to the fact that phone was launched 1 year back. When nothing phone 3 comes, it will definitely eclipse the moto phones.

8+g1 is better..it has ufs 3.1..ddr5x..moto has ddr4x and ufs 2.2
144hz doesnt matter..our human eyes thoeritically can detect 60hz max..gaming wise 144 ok..but not for a girl..nothing has ltpo panel..
nothing has nfc too..and vdeos that we see in phones r all 60hz only..plus 120hz is enough..
i have poco f1 as my 3rd device..it still doesnt lag..bcuz once it was flagship chip..flagship will alwys runs more than mid range chip..in long term

Yes, both phones have their pros and cons. So it depends on user preference whether to have more versatile camera phone with with better water resistance and other such specifications or to have a slightly better processor and performance (slightly better as real life performance gains will be negligible).

water resistance is just a gimmick..

@Arkapal Sen see, I am not saying nothing phone 2 is a bad phone in any way. I did mention in my earlier post that it is actually a good phone. Just laid out the facts where it may or may not be better.
