You should check official website for internet rate.
As per my knowledge above 8% intreste rate is for Seniors Citizens. Rate also varies with Maturity Tenure.
Ujjivan small finance bank is also one may consider.
Actually, we have rented out our premises to them. They are pretty good with their netbanking and other stuff.
They are also offering free Atm, cheque books and free of charge neft and rtgs.
Alongwith interest, you may consider other value added services too, imo.

Fincare customer support is disappointing.
They had some on-boarding voucher offers, its been 8-9 months and they are not credited yet.
App is bit slow but OTPs are delivered on time. Account is zero bal if FD greater than 20k(Check Account variant for this)
Do you have these bank branches near you? Else it would be a nightmare.

8.41% is available for 1000 days FD.
Effective yearly yield is 8.68%.
This is for general public.
For senior it is 9.01 and 9.32 respectively.

I am from Bhilwara, Rajasthan. It is here. It should be at major places in Rajasthan.
But yes, Rajasthan is quite big, so yes maybe it is not present in every city, I guess.

Check out unity SFB also dicgc approved upto 5lac.
Pros-
-Best interest rate in the industry ranging from 8.75 to 9 pa for normal citizens.
Check their website for proper info.

-Branches might be less.
Unity SFB has taken over PMC bank. Net banking isn't available as its new banking and it takes time to setup whole CRM.
If there is any unity bank near you, do check out it.
-> AU bank provides best in class experience and bit higher rates comparatively.

Punjab & Sind bank, a PSU bank provides 8% pa on 222 days of FD. You can check out that too.
