Tata neu app flight booking not considering in Atlas 5x

I booked a flight recently on Tata Neu and didn't receive 5x points on Axis Atlas. For anyone looking to book via Neu, avoid it and prefer Air India site.

yes everyone know it. it's mentioned in their TnC's that only direct booking will be considered not via third party platform like neu, mmt etc.
