Tata Neu Not Opening, Insecure Environment Error

aparnahm

TF Premier
I have a problem opening Tata Neu App. Error I get is "This app cannot run because the environment is not secure and your data may be at risk". I have done the following but no resolution.
01. Uninstalled and installed app
02. Cleared cache, cleared storage
03. Restarted phone
The version I have is 5.2.1, so there is no way I can do an update, which the customer care suggested. I can't downgrade too as there is no old version available in PlayStore. It is almost a month since the issue, customer care only tells me to have patience until a new version is released which is supposed to fix the issue.
I had a spend based offer on the HDFC Infinity CC. I am supposed to redeem it in the 1st week of Sept. But how do I do it without the app opening properly? Can any of you please help, in case you had the same issue and you could resolve it?
Complaining on Twitter and on PlayStore hasn't helped too.
Many thanks in advance.

try
I already asked and he also said a factory reset should resolve the issue but it didn't.
Btw, I installed intune ony own and it was seen as an admin app. Guess there are no special steps to uninstall it. I will anyway ask again.
try disabling the admin right from intune and uninstall and see..what a strange thing it is

btw u reset only data or the whole internal storage too?
I used the option of factory reset which deleted all data and apps. I used the last option, check attached screenshot.
One point here - my ex-company admin said, intune creates an extra partition in the internal storage. Effectively, I would have had two partitions in that case. May the partitions still remain and causing the error?

if that is the case..then its sure intune is the reason for all these

I too have intune installed but do not see 2 partitions. Did they (ex-company admin) mention how can you check if the partitions have been removed or if it is still visible ?

BTW what the hell is this intune that is making mental peace out of tune ?
It's an app that controlled certain apps for work such as outlook, teams, one drive etc that are all under a corporate or work account. It restricts certain accesses like you cannot take a screenshot of emails/team chats/images/document on tht phone. Also disables download of documents to the phone. Used my a lot of companies especially since the Work from home era.
