Tata neu plus upgrade to infinity

For me card started showing up in tata neu app even i was waiting for update from them as per last communication till 22 july.
Anyways HDFC is meanwhile upgrading it behind the scenes my old neu plus is showing 0 limit whereas infinity showing full limit in hdfc netbanking ,cheers hdfc.
Will wait for official communication regarding card dispatch so that i can start using for upi tranx

No need to hurry things up with HDFC. I had only asked for MCC and they're taking 10-15 days for that small thing. Just ignore these delay messages and wait for end result. HDFC takes around 20-30 days.
HDFC requires ITR/Salary slip for limit increase. Otherwise if you've better limit on HSBC, SC, Amex, Axis then only they'll increase the limit on c2c basis.

I have 5 lac+ credit limit on plus card but once I call, they told there is no offer for you to upgrade to infinity card.

Don't ask for it on call. Mail them on grievance.redressalcc@hdfcbank.com
Ask them for Neu Infinity basis your limit way more than 1.5L which is the eligibility of Neu Infinity card. They'll upgrade it easily.

What was your limit of Tata Neu Plus card and when din you request for Infinity Upgrade? Is this upgraded card is LTF?

@nik007rock you r right bro....I raised the complaint and now Upgraded Neu Infinity card is showing in Net Banking. Now the question is will it be LTF like Tata Neu Plus card?
It would be same LTF. Otherwise they would've told you about changes in LTF term beforehand.

I just sent email complaint regarding unnecessary delay.But now Upgraded card is showing in net banking ( not was at evening)Should I need to send email regarding Thanking them and ask whether this card is LTF or not?
No need to send them anything now. They'll simply revert you by saying that its already upgraded. Yeah just confirm whether this is LTF or not?

Yes earlier it was showing some pop up " Card transfer is in progress etc..."whenever i open to see card details on tata neu app.
Now started showing at both places on HDFC netbanking and on tata neu app as well.
Wanted to start using it but unable to link on upi apps since it is asking last 6 digit numbers which i do not know until card is delivered (as of know only last 4digits visible).
FYI : got dispatch msg as well from HDFC yesterday via speed post

For me still Old Neu Plus card is showing with zero limit in Tata Neu app . In Internet banking Old Neu plus card with full limit but in Mobile Banking app Neu Infinity card is showing with full limit and old card reflecting as Inactive card.
