TATA Neu Reward League is back

For UPI Champ badge, I contacted cc via chat 3 times already. My badge should have been completed by now. Till yesterday it was stuck at 2/5, today it’s moved to 3/5. Will contact cc again tomorrow if no progress. Seems most of us facing issue with UPI Champ badge.

How long it took to reflect the transactions in badge progress as don't see the transaction I did last week yet in progress?

First 3 transactions were reflected in UPI champ badge progress the next day. Then next 2 transactions I did on Nov 5. More then 80 hours later they still did not reflected in progress. So I contacted Customer Care using Chat option today evening - the guy asked for transaction screenshots and said he is raising ticket for internal team which will be solved in 72 hours. Few hours later the transactions are counted and I got my badge. 8 badges now done for me as well.

Have you done the 5 times UPI scan of 500rs?
You can try sending it to yours or any friend's own Merchant QR code if they have any.

Simply click on the neucoins on the home page and then neucoins balance on the next page.

Personally can't recall that but shouldn't be too difficult unless they have messed up old app links. The Neu Pass tiers are couple of months old atleast. Not sure what they're doing keeping people on old pass still.

That's not any error, there are still thousands of people on the old neu pass system. They have intentionally done it.

So I cancelled my first order which was coming on 12th and placed an instant one to be safe

I tried but couldn't find any links
While my badges were not completed, there was a my neucoins button on rewards league page but that particular section is gone after completing all 8 badges
