Let me share a shocking and very very stupid move from TataNeu today.
I have already got 7 badges and for 8th badge I placed order in 1mg few days back. I have already purchased from 1mg for 2.5k during the campaign, so I placed order for 5050 again to get the 7.5k badge. It was under processing for last few days and suddenly they refunded 100 rupees today saying price dropped for some of their medicine, and when I check order history, it is showing net price as 4950, which will make me ineligible for the 8th badge and will lose 5k coins. Since we have a day left, I placed another order in 1mg for 1.5k but this is scary and will have to be on the edge till orders are delivered and badge + coins are credited

Could be a genuine case. I do orders on 1mg and have received refunds multiple times. With time bound offers like these I try to complete them as soon as possible.

Just FYI - The orders placed on or before 10th is eligible for the League irrespective of the delivery dates. Tata Neu team confirmed via twitter. I have delivery dates from 12to 15th.

I faced this issue in the previous edition of Tata Neu League. For 1mg they often reduce prices and then my badge is not fulfilled. It's better to order keeping a safe margin of 200-300 RS as per the case.

Always take a buffer with BB and 1mg.. they often cancel partial orders.


For those struggling with bb and 1mg, i recommend checking if you can send a small order to some friend who lives in metro cities.
