Tata neu statement( false alarm)

Hdfc bank didn't gave a single neu coin for offline transactions. Not only that, in the 2nd page you can see that of one tata merchants too didn't receive any 1.5% or the bonus points! I'm cancelling mine next month and will suggest not going for this card to everyone.


Edit: - cc said that dmart comes under groceries, hence points are credited to that tab. At first he also lied that i won't receive any any points on upi for transaction below 100, but when i asked for source he apologized and raised request for upi transactions and few other missing rewards.

Edit 2:- i would like to apologise for this thread as someone below did the calculations for missing transactions and he pointed out that they are mentioned in the grocery tab.

There is a long issues with this card ..please call them and raise a case 90% of the cases it will get resolved

For feb missing points it got credited last week for me 🙁 but this time also i see "neucoins transferred to tata neu" is zero 🙁 not sure will i get points

You got 196 coins for grocery category. I think it has considered all or majority of offline purchases under grocery category. Try to reconcile the same.

How many neucoins do you expect to get for UPI tnx of 15/25 rs 🤣
And Poncho tnx might also be under Grocery category
Did you check the purchases against 198 grocery coins as suggested above?

Total of your offline transactions in multiple of Rs. 50 (i.e. for transaction of Rs. 2090 consider it as 2050 for coin calculation), comes upto Rs. 13100, and you have received 196 coins which is correct.

Apologies for this thread, they didn't send me my 1st statement and hence was already frustrated with them and cherry on cake, cc kept on hanging up my calls. And no i wasn't expecting any coins for upi, i just asked him for the source and he raised a complaint for the same. I have updated the title accordingly.

Points are credited correctly with tata neu infinity card with no issues.

Hey please calculate manually before panicking. For my case the closing balance of Neu coins summary matched with my manual calculation, I had done transactions in neu app, online and upi. Only offline is left. So apart from that I can ensure that the points being calculated are correct.
