Got a meagre limit enhancement from 4.2l to 4.6l on all cards (Apay, Sapphiro, Expressions and Coral) . My max bill amount from past 6 months is just 25k per month . Now I guess for getting more LE, I would stop using ICICI cards altogether .

Got limit enhancement from 1lakh to 2.1lakh on Apay and coral/platinum. Life time transaction is less than 50k yet got 1.1lakh increase.

No spends in any icici card in the last 3-4 months.

But in the last month, I got Coral Rupay and used it at many places for UPI (less than Rs. 2000 in total) and used Amazon Pay for a Rs. 100 transaction.

With Wealth management team.
One of the representatives had told me that the card variant change would never be chargeable. I kept repeating her lines again and again. Until they escalated themselves and after checking my RV. offered me the LTF Amex variant. They might also have seen, my last month's RBIO complaint where they had to give compensation for the same mistake.

May be, but mujhe to 10K LE offer hui, maine accept kar li. Usage toh monthly 10K bhi nahi hai.
