Just tell them that you've Coral Rupay LTF so you need Amex Variant as well for further use. However they're not accepting LTF Amex Coral request now. Try your luck.

Nope. They've understood that people are flocking upon other variants so stopped sourcing other variants as LTF on the basis of Coral Rupay. Even I didn't got any other variants. All requests got closed.

The LTF Coral in app shows as 0 JF, 0 AF...but in the net banking, it shows 0 JF, 0 AF (based on spends)

Was this issue resolved? If we apply from App, will it be true LTF, or do we need to escalate to Cust Care to get it converted to LTF?
