Ultimate card annual fees reversal

Any idea on how to get reversal for annual fees on SC ULTIMATE card?

Has someone got this recently? I believe it's possible, but not sure how to get it done.

I think I've seen 2-3 cases on twitter, but don't have links to them, as it's been a while

There is a possibility only if you are on priority account with them and have a priority visa and want to take that to ultimate. Depends on your RM. Card is worth more than the fee so don't think they like to do fee reversal.

How's the card even worth more than the fee, bro? This makes no sense now, considering the devaluations & the current redemption options
