Idfc is consistent in dissapointing customer
 
I can't pay to someone from idfc via UPI 1L in one go. UPI limit is 1L but to pay 1L I have to send 25k x 4 times. Upon doing 4 back to back txn they freezes the acct then some call comes and u gotta verify those txn and all then freezes lifted . So inconvenient. Other banks don't do that.

Why not bank transfer Its all free no freeze

I too closed the idfc ac for the same reason. If we confirm the merchant and amount, again we will see the block.
Idfc the commercial bank just want to do business with our money,

I have a Fi account just for this issue of not being able to send through NEFT. All my transactions to date have been instantaneous and when I was doing a high value transaction right after adding someone, it's just a basic video verification with you saying 4 digits to verify and the payment is still done instantly. The verification never took more than 30 seconds for me.

Honestly for a zero balance digital only account, I sometimes find it much more useful than than the premier bank accounts. UPI limit is 1L per day and yes you can exhaust it in a single transaction.

any company that hires amitabh bachan means that thier product is garbage & they are desperate enough to pay millions for advertisemnt to fabricate a false image
