Hi guys here is my small contribution to the amazing technofino comunity
I present you an App to scan UPI QR Codes and get the MCC code
and Yes I will be adding more features later
Do try and let me know how can we improve it

Here is the version 2

Change Log
1) added the ability to switch on/off the flashlight (no web support)
2) switch between front and back camera (works on the web)
3) Scan files from Gallery (no web support)
4) Added description for the MCC code (works on the web)
5) Can now open the UPI apps directly from app (works on the web for android)

Version 3

Change Log
1)Added support to store the scanned QR (works on the web)
2)Update scanner for faster scan

Some features are Android app only as there is no support for direct web app
Uninstall old app and install new version

Hi OP @rockking1994 , I use your android app for seeing UPI QR code details. One Suggestion if can be implemented will be useful for all.

Can you be able to maintain the Scanned QR database on local cache of smartphone.

It will be helpful for tracking history as a user perspective.

1)Added support to store the scanned QR (works on the web)

Can somebody explain what is the use of knowing MCC of any QR code and how can we benefit from it ?

Lets say you want check the mcc of a POS machine before cc payment just ask the person for upi payment when he gives you the qr scan it and you can get the mcc and then choose the best cc for best reward and yes asking the person for mcc can be easy but most people won’t know about it
