Upgrade HDFC Savings Account - FULLY DIGITAL

I am new to the HDFC environment, so I opened a regular 5K MAB account first. I used the link provided to initiate an upgrade to a savings max account (25K MAB). However, today on net banking, it shows that my account has been upgraded to CLASSIC, with a 1L MAB requirement.

Is it expected?

I may not be able to maintain 1L MAB in HDFC.

Don't worry. Savings Max is the account type. Classic banking is the lowest tier of their HNI programme. If you don't maintain that MAB/AMB you would be automatically removed from classic banking, there is no non maintenance charges.

But u do get option to downgrade
Better open
Saving max and take classic banking or just open on-line

Account online open karlo. 10-15 min lgenge saare process or video kyc mai.

Agar online open nhi krna to X pe HDFC ko DM krdo ki branch regular account open nhi kr rhi.
Branch vale bhagte phirenge

Anyone has downgrade from hdfc max to hdfc regular savings... do you confirm mab still showing same or changed bcz I have downgrade max savings 25k mab to Regular 10k mab via online channel but in application showing 25k required also confirm with the customer care they said 25k mab required still mab not changed yet? If I not maintain 25k this month shall hdfc deduct mab fee ? Anyone confirm me what is the issue only account variant was changed mab still the same

Bro mab change nahi ho raha hai hdfc savings max se regular downgrade Kiya mab 25k show raha hai or cc bhi bol raha hai 25k maintain karna hoga nahi to charges lagega kya sach mai kisine downgrade Kiya too bataou vai
