Recevied the two Vouchers for my Speciale` Platinum account.. and wating for Epicure Preferred membership valid at Taj, SeleQtions and Vivanta hotels

Is these vouchers are one time only or is there any quarterly voucher scheme.

Actually I also have Speciale Platinum account variant since Oct 2022 but still not get any voucher once.

Mines is an ordinary savings account with MAB 40K+, I tried to convert it to savings max but it fails with a message that feature is not supported.

I am new to the HDFC environment, so I opened a regular 5K MAB account first. I used the link provided to initiate an upgrade to a savings max account (25K MAB). However, today on net banking, it shows that my account has been upgraded to CLASSIC, with a 1L MAB requirement.

Is it expected?

I may not be able to maintain 1L MAB in HDFC.

Don't worry. Savings Max is the account type. Classic banking is the lowest tier of their HNI programme. If you don't maintain that MAB/AMB you would be automatically removed from classic banking, there is no non maintenance charges.
