My rm said we can have multiple accounts but different variants. So i don't think you can have two savings max but theres no loss in trying.

Yes. Already had 2. One was a regular.

No. 2 accounts. 1 was Savings Max and 1 was Regular. I put in a request to convert the regular to Savings Max and it went through.

1) Regular
2) Platinum

Just now changed my Regular SB account type to Savings Max type thru Expressway, which went on smoothly and created a SR and email and SMS was sent stating that the changes will be reflected in 24 hours..
For God sake , it’s now heading in the right direction as far as HDFC digital banking perspective…

Still upgrade it, no penalty if you don’t maintain balance, max they can downgrade, which I think they don’t as you are going to maintain 1L FD anyway

In my view Saving Max is a great cost effective , sort of premium product with just 25K AMB
