These cards give good returns on utility MCC 4900 (updated 1 Aug 2024)--

Axis Spicejet Black
(2360-4000) for 3% return (12 points on 200, Spiceclub point is 50 paisa).
Spice club points can ONLY be used for base fare of SpiceJet air ticket, meal, seat. Points cannot buy any gift vouchers nor be transferred to other partners.
SpiceJet base fares are around 33% more than the cheapest base fare on any sector in India, (airport fees and taxes remaining the same).
So the return drops to 2.25%

HDFC Infinia (14750-12500) for 3.33% return below 50k per month
Points should be used to buy air tickets on Smartbuy..

HDFC Diners Club Black (11800-0) for 3.33% return below 50k per month
Points should be used to buy air tickets on Smartbuy.

HSBC Premier for 2.4% return (3 points on 100)(only Premier relationship, not available to others)

Stanchart Ultimate (5900-6000) for 1.74% return (3 points on 150) (after considering 5900 annual fee, 117 point redemption fee and 10% discount on vouchers)

DBS Spark 20 (1770-1500) for 4% return (800--1400 return on 20000--35000 spend on Utilities, dining, grocery every month).
1% bonus on crossing 1 lac every quarter.
Annual fee 1769 waiver on 2.5 lakh spend/year
Only available for select DBS savings account holders.

Kotak White (LTF for Privy league) for 1.00--2.25% return based on target milestones.
2k/6k/12k/19k/27k Amazon pay on 2/4/6/9/12 lacs spends per year.

Saraswat Rupay (590-0) for 20% return (max. 100 on 500) on 1st utility payment every calendar month.

ICICI Emeralde private metal (14749-12500) for 3% return (6 points on 200, max 1000 points per month on max.spend of 33400 on utilities MCC 4900.
This is invite only like HDFC infinia
Emerald private metal card points are worth Rs 1 (only if redeemed for air tickets or hotels)
Eligibility --
1. Emerald Private Metal Paid : 36 lac ITR
2. Emerald Private Metal as LTF : Only for Private Banking customers with 5 Cr+ NRV

AU Ixigo for 2.50% as IXIGO money (upto 10k RP = 5k Rs) upto 2 lac monthly spend

IDFC Vistara for 2.50% - 3.00% upto 4.5 lac spend per year (first year only / redemption is difficult)

RBL World Safari for 2.16% on 7.5 lac spend

Amex MRCC for approx 5.00% on 1500 x 4 spend per month

Amex Platinum Travel for approx 5.00% on 4 lac spend per year.

Tata Neu Infinity for 5.00% as Neu coins (discount on Tata 1mg, Cliq, BigBasket, Vistara, etc)

Note--
Axis Ace gives 5% on utility bills only through Google pay
Axis Airtel gives 25% on Airtel and 10% on utility bills only through Airtel app

How about Kotak Myntra (1.25%) Tata neu infinity (1.5%)and BOB Snapdeal(2.5 or 1 ?)

And vistara cobranded cards ?
 
Why putting 2.4% for HSBC Premier, it’s 3%.
Infinia return would also reduce from 3.3% if you take it for ticket booking using only 70% points.
 
Kotak White lena padega matlab ab. Kisi samajhdar insaan ne bataya tha mujhe ki Zen card is better generally.
