Wanna complaint against airtel thanks app

Hey most of users know that Airtel thanks app is a complete headache if they faced the pending issue.

Now the main problem is their customer support team is completely dull they didn't know about the transaction happening on airtel thanks app they just kept replying that this transaction is not belongs to Airtel wallet/bank transactions.

So i wanna ask if anyone knows how to complaint against airtel thanks app or where should i complaint because many people facing same issue.

Please don't use airtel thanks app and start giving 0 rating to playstore.
Please do it now everyone or else we will loose 10&25% cashback

Wait and it will be resolved and yes, update the app.

I would suggest better uninstall and reinstall afresh from the play Store to rule out any issues.
