I didn't get any such offer officially so I wasn't even aware of it. But I was surprised to get the Amex benefit 2 months after card activation, even though my Sapphiro is LTF.

do ICICI Amex variant also gives 10% discount during sales (amazon/ flipkart/ cleartrip, etc)
 
can we change rupay variant to amex?
Also the pre-approved offer which ICICI is giving in app does it hit CIBIL?

Check your text messages, you might have missed them. But chances are there that voucher are still valid.

I got vouchers for both Rubyx and Sapphiro. Approximately it took 3+ months after the 1st transaction within 30 days.
