I'm curious if you've come across credit cards that are not easily obtainable, perhaps more obscure or unique to the general public, including those that are super premium, super rare, or even super mediocre?

HDFC Infinia, easily one of the most difficult to get. Glad I have one.

Rarest one I owe as of now is HDFC Infinia, once my application gets approved for ICICI Emeralde Metal, it would be the rarest one. Overall the most exclusive card I have heard of is the Amex Centurion Black and there was another one by Chase that I forgot the name.
