That's true.... Payzapp works at its own will.... suddenly one day credit card payment through wallet goes through, next days it stops!! Total unpredictable.... and we got stuck!!

I m facing other UI issue too.. After UPI payment page I m unable to returm back to home. App gets stuck in that page. every time force closing and re-opening. Raised the ticket too.

Payzapp wallet has become complete trash. At this point, why even have a wallet option? 🤦‍♂️

I am new Customer of HDFC... Nearly 15 days over, yet i am unable to complete Full KYC for Payzapp...

When ticket is raised in Payzapp, they say it takes 10 days(some say 20+ days) for Syncing HDFC witn Payzapp.

Anyone else facing similar issue?

Forget it..! It's been 1+year here. I even reached pno. He told he can't do anything as its technical error.

never used the payzapp card before. I just have like 400rs in my wallet from cashback I have gotten past 6-7 months. and Wanted to cash it out.

Trash app wouldn't let me do that.

You can buy:
1) ASV - and get 5% CB as cash points in PayZapp
2) Myntra voucher @4% off + 5% CB = 9%

it's the Amazon shopping voucher purchase that's not working with the wallet option. Earlier it used to work. The change is recent.

There is no error, the option to pay through the wallet is greyed out. Only my hdfc credit card and debit card are highlighted.
