never used the payzapp card before. I just have like 400rs in my wallet from cashback I have gotten past 6-7 months. and Wanted to cash it out.

Trash app wouldn't let me do that.

Just pay some utility bill or DTH recharge and get rid of it

I can easily believe this, considering the technoligical challenges HDFC faces incessantly , and the interest it shows towards Payzapp product in particular..

My suggestion:
It works whenever it wants to work.. just keep checking periodically.. don't waste any more time on this by raising any more tickets..

See for some problems, there's one solution. They need treatment from rbi ombudsman.


RBI ombudsman is headmaster for them. They'll not wave their tail if the complaint goes to rbi ombudsman. So, if you didn't get a solution, just go to rbi ombudsman with enough proof and see

Will try to look for in-house solution, such as writing to Corporate Office... Other service providers, i did that & it worked.

If then also, they don't act - will write to RBI....

trying with IDFC or BOB card?

If yes, your card is blocked for wallet load for sometime

guys i got humped, was dreaming about moving funds via payzapp from CC until i paid a small token amount & realised that you cannot make cc bill payment with wallet nor the old routes of uber/paytm etc are closed.

Any dunki route valid as of now for cc billpayments or bank account transfer with 0 fee ?

How much amt stuck ? For low amount it's possible. But for high amt lowest charge AFAIK is 1.8%

Do a rent payment via nobroker app to your family member acc. Around 1-1.5% charge
