It's showing pending however I never reached Payment page.

And if I retry it shows promocode already used.

Payzapp is useless. I got the same on 5 Dec but Smartbuy gyftr was not working. I completely forgot about it as I was traveling. Today I tried but it is already expired 🙃 in just 10 days. Promo is as useless as the app.

I genuinely doubt about what is the purpose of this PayZapp, what is HDFC aiming for here??.. can't understand their strategy ,if any....
Its the most useless wallet introduced in the wallet market ... running around... just like a headless chook ...

One task was given to New Payzapp to fetch latest acquired credit cards. They're unable to do that as well.

I am new Customer of HDFC... Nearly 15 days over, yet i am unable to complete Full KYC for Payzapp...

When ticket is raised in Payzapp, they say it takes 10 days(some say 20+ days) for Syncing HDFC witn Payzapp.

Anyone else facing similar issue?

I can easily believe this, considering the technoligical challenges HDFC faces incessantly , and the interest it shows towards Payzapp product in particular..

My suggestion:
It works whenever it wants to work.. just keep checking periodically.. don't waste any more time on this by raising any more tickets..

That's true.... Payzapp works at its own will.... suddenly one day credit card payment through wallet goes through, next days it stops!! Total unpredictable.... and we got stuck!!

True... Payzapp is totally unreliable...
and also, in general also HDFC is crap... and its technical woes never end..
How come Plat DC rewards redemptions is down for so long...
For GOD sake it is production system and they don't give damn about it and blames some techinical issues...
Totally not satisfied... I am slowly reducing my banking relationship with them...

That too when they don't even have a dedicated app ready for managing credit cards, still running "My cards" on mbrowser, but want to compete with freecharge i guess
