not sure cause as per nutritional info it lactose content was same as regular milk i believe but then my gut at the time was very weak so i can't comment so would agree with you then. may be would try camel milk again the near future.
Yes brother try again now.
I tried it few days back.
I liked the taste 😋.

Which business bro
Have sold my consulting practice. Starting a new business a combination of ecom and trading ( not dropshipping hehe). Heavy lifting starts from April. That's why able to spend so much time here.
Agri business has been a dream of mine for long, but has been put on back burner because of multiple reason-initial investment, corruption, bureaucracy. I know some people in politics/admin who can smoothen things out. But don't want to take any favours.

All the very best for your new journey. May God bless you with immense success and happiness.

Before you simply scratch egg..,
What is biological value?
What is PER?
what is NPU?
what is B.V/PER/NPU of Egg vs Fish.?
Everything depends on where you source. If you get normal broiler eggs, they are unfertilized sourced from birds high on hormones and caged in horrible environment.
Whereas Nutritional value of a fertilized egg sourced from organically raised bird are much much higher. Logically it also makes sense: one has capacity to create life, the other don't.
Leave india , even in highly regulated market of us/canada/europe, there is a big discrepancy in the real nutritional value and popular assumption. Even most "wild salmon" are actually farmed, many are not even salmon.

I'm very sorry but this is again a myth!
Let me explain.
Hormones given to bird will not reach their eggs. Even if it reaches, it reaches in micro/nano quantities.
Even if you consume that micro/nano quantities of 'bad' hormone, it'll be broken down & digested in gut as hormones are proteins and can't be absorbed as it is from human gut into blood.

Hormones given to bird will not reach their eggs.
Though I am not sure you are right about it, I am not even talking about it. I am talking about Nutritional value which has been proved that fertilized egg from organically raised birds have much higher Nutritional value than unfertilized eggs from hormone infused caged bird. Like I said it make sense logically also. One has capacity to create life and one doesn't.

Doctors suggest to keep 2-3 years gap between 2 children. And all breeders who work in correction and breed preservation keep gap after few deliveries in cow/goat/dog/horse. Desi cows gives around 15 and some good line even 20-25 offsprings. Jersey/hf cows in india gives may be 5 offspring. Whereas same in their original environment gives much more. Also there is a clear difference in their health. Why is that?

Same is the case between nutritional value of milk from organically raised animals and caged animals high on hormones.

I've tried Myprotein and Muscleblaze Biozyme Performance Whey lately and feel these shakes are a bit heavy in my stomach so I never really took a whole scoop. Usually used to take 60-70% of the scoop.

I'm now trying this new brand called Protyze. They have his clear whey protein powders which look like almost have a water-like consistency. Something like Rasna or Tang-type consistency at least by the looks of it. I ordered the 15-serving size for now to try it out.

Looking around for deals on Optimum Nutrition or if you've some friends/relatives coming over from abroad, they could get them for you for really cheap.

Yeah I have tried myprotein isolate and muscleblaze too isolate zero carb that is lactose free but very price for 5900 something back 2 years ago. In the western country myprotein to have tons of clear whey favour here in India it very expensive so will look into this clear whey and will check if trustified have made a video on this brand.

There isn't any at the moment from trustified. Seems a pretty new brand. So i just orderd a 15 serving size as sampler to see if I'll like it. Tried the first scoop today nimbu pani flavour.

My expectations were quite high atleast from taste perspective but didn't live upto it. There isn't much citrusy flavour. Also tasted like a very light green tea. Though the consistency is like they say. Water like consistency.

Guess it looks like there aren't any protein supplements that one absolutely loves from taste perspective be it lactose free or the usual ones. Afterall it's all just a flavouring and not real chocolate / nimbu pani / kulfi / cookies n cream shakes. Guess i had my expectations too high from flavour perspective 😄

yeah on favour perspective i have burned way too many times.. so avatar kulfi is a good one and muscle blaze zero card strawberry (back in 2021) these two were good and even today avvatar kulfi favor is good enough but 4kg with closed to expiry for 8k make sense with 117 serving as far i remember cause price, you can try nakpro i have tried 2-3 favor and their kulfi favor sucks so much that i have 1kg with me. so i better start now confusing.
