Why bank reduces Credit Card's Limit?

I want to know the reason from those whose cc limit had decreased by any bank, general reason I know like Low usage or High usage, Default, but if I am maintaining a 30% CUR & No default even after doing that, is I am under the radar of bank to be the one whose limit can be decreased in future? & Is there people available whose limit has never decreased since they got a cc.

Because basically i don't find any sense of reducing limit (except default) by banks, they are making there loss only.
