Yatra gift voucher not working

Hi Guy's, I have 2 *1000 Yatra gift voucher when I'm trying to book flight I apply these two and try to make rest of the payment via CC but when I click on pay I get error "Invalid promo code" even though no promo code is applied. Please help if you have a solution foe this.

Error msg can be seen at the bottom of attached SS

Are you selecting any promo code after flight selection for your trip ?

Did you try using the same credit card for payment through which this voucher was received?

Please try making transaction in yatra.com website on pc and not app/mobile browser

Actually the card I purchased vouchers with was not linked to voucher. And I had to request helpdesk to link card to vouchers.

I also had 3500 rs yatra e voucher and i was trying to book from website trough pc. Even i used same credit card for payment. Still error was coming as invalid promocode even though i havent choose sny promocode

i have 10k yatra voucher which is not recd from sbi and not working.. have u guys found solution to above queries?
