Yes Bank MARQUEE Credit Card launched - Features & Benefits | Full Details

Good to know. Marquee has been made toothless now 😀
It was a sad thing.. within one year it was destroyed to the core.. It got caught up at the wrong end of Credit Card cycle if we see what is happening around the CC world ie. industry wise....
it would have been nice if marquee had come about 3 years ago.. thats life.. it was good while it lasted albiet for a very short time...

I absolutely resonate with you.

At one time this thread was one of the most active one on TF. We would be discussing the features, sharing experiences and encouraged others to go for Marquee. Now it’s all gloomy.

the card still gives 4.5% return and unlimited international lounge plus 1% forex. you people do way too much.
Some more useful features are"
1) BMS offer of upto ₹800 a ticket
2) guest lounge access..
Still has some pockets of usefulness for those who need them..

Note: the above are AFAIK, haven't checked the latest updates, if any, concerning the above points.

My main card is yes marquee.. and i have good reasons for it (also one of the best cards that i hold)
Just one quick question, are you getting 4.5% return in all online spends? I had seen inconsistency with regard to this a long time back.. I had not spent much on this card lately.. apart from this I don’t have any other major deal breaker about this card.. unfortunately it was just the fact that it had to follow the industry’s downtrend lately

I did track aug,sep and oct 2024 for reward points and it was to the point. Its pretty hard to track it, but when i did it it was good.
Maybe for aome transactions there could be a difference, say im not sure how much rewards would i get for a international transaction (be it online or offline or even select category).
Otherwise its good.

The reason im interested in this card is coz of the felxibility to use the points for any flight booking. I dont have to go thru the headache of finding out award seats in flights and then transferring and hoping those award seats dont get filled by the time the transfer happens and then booking it laterA. nd if the plans change, then its a mess, specially if you arent going to be travelling in that airline due to any reason.

So i plan accordingly to route all my payments thru online to reap the 36 rps per 200.

And to answer ur Q, yes i do get 4.5% for 99% of times.

There is no doubt this card is really good if the redemption of RPs is in the form of flights booking..
And also flight rates are also very much comparable to the other competitive websites..
I haven’t redeemed a single RP yet . They are all sitting there for my next flight booking..
I think RP validity is 3 years.. can someone confirm??

Thanks for sharing your experience

Grand.. yup rps are valud for 3 yrs

For flight booking isn't the reward rate reduced to 3.15% given only 70% can be paid through points?
I think so, my last redemption was just before that rule came into effect.
I think it's still worth it even if 70% of the flight cost is covered 🙂

So why not use SBI cashback card. It gives 5% on flight bookings through various sites? Am i missing anything?
