So I think I might have found a bug specific to users having more than 1 debit card linked to their customer ID. I have 2 debit cards & it seems after logging in, the first card I select for points redemption will face no issue but once I go back & select 2nd card the issue happens & it will remain so for the entire session.Correct, now try login again and check if that box is available to type and redeem 2800 points.
Generally, points gets expired after 12 months. So anything over 4800+ will get expired.
