One more thing to clarify for Indus Max Active:

For waiver of NMC- UPI P2M, NetBanking, DC, Any Standing Instructions or Auto-Pay will be considered.

But for 750 Vouchers per quarter- only DC spends will be considered.

are you holding select account, coz the reward rate is similar to select savings account. You must have used it for 1 lakh + for .93% ?
Most of their DC have similar reward structure, just different capping.

I have Platinum Plus, which is by default given to Max Active users which has a max limit of 2000 RP (value 700 Rs, can be credited to account) per month

You have to spend 79200 per month to get Rs 700

The good thing of Indusind DC are rewards can be redeemed into direct cash 😁

Only the mentioned categories will eligible for cash back only and nothing for others..
That is fine for me.
For rewards I have Select.
Fuel spends will give 5% which even CC does not give

Indus is faaaaaaarr Better than lo***du Axis

I just want an alternative to Liberty and Lo***du Axis.

Axis is the only Bank jiske liye dil se gaali nikalti hai

I opened Axis Liberty recently only for these offers.
Now I'm worried seeing this kind of reviews.
I can't switch to Indus Max Active easily as I already have Indus Select as Indus doesn't allow 2 savings accounts as sole owner. Hence I'll have to convert one of them as "Joint". But dragging parents to bank for kyc is something I always try to avoid.

One of the reason, I liked Liberty features better is the weekend shopping 5% offer.

I'll probably give them couple of quarters to see how it goes !!

P.S. - Is there any way to get LTF DC with Max Active account?

someone in the forum told me After joint Account opening we can remove joint holder.
Same here, I want to avoid it too.

On Paper Axis Liberty is best any time.

But let me show you the reality.

Back to Back two RBI Complaint for getting that 5% cashback.
Earlier Axis used to provide it by Complaint to level 1 only.
Now Axis need Fire 🔥 under their bottoms directly from RBI BANKING OMBUDSMAN to get some kick .

For 750 Voucher, I never raised a Complaint , but this month only one guy on the forum received it after Complaint.
So now Each customer needs to raise complaint separately to get the voucher.

Someone told me after raising Complaint for 750 voucher no response from axis.

For getting benifits as per Product features, Now Complaint with RBI is Mandatory.

Previously you used to get the 750 voucher normally ?
How many days they took post the completion of the quarter to send the voucher previously ?

Axis customer care wale jab call pr bolte hain "For all your queries, we are always Dil se Open" - Us wqt main apne gusse ko kaise control karta hu yeh main bhi nhi janta.
Do email interactions.
I regularly use Shameless or Shameless Idiots over E-Mail.

Once I used Shameless Bustard.

Then Axis reply me, "We request you, Do not use unparliamentary language over E-Mail interactions"
We sincerely regret the inconvenience........

Looks like Axis has no problem if Someone call them Shameless Idiots but have problem if someone call them Shameless Bustard.
😂😂
