I contacted via mail, they said it's a pre generated awb and haven't received parcel. Asked axis and they bluedart hasn't picked up courier

No email, call them and ASK them..
Okay you are talking about our lovely axis..
Then they might have manifested the item but not ready for pickup yet. Once it is picked up you can track..
Now need to blame Axis only not BD yet

This happened with me last month for my LTF World Safari. In spite of getting the tracking no, the package wasn’t traceable. Later on it was picked by Delhivery and delivered to me after the delay of nearly one week.

Actually for bulk shipments, pre generated awbs are provided to the shipper. They affix the label on the package and then the courier company picks up the package. Due to the frenzy of Coral cards, the dispatch section of the bank may have provided you an AWB but the courier may not have picked up your Coral. Just wait for a few days and it’ll start moving or else icici will redispatch it 🤓

Axis tracking details bhi galat deta hai kya?🤣
Kal se bluedart pr no records found aa rha hai

If you received awb via axis it take two days to track with that awb.
Axis shares awb after hand overed to the courier and it take two days to update from bluedart.
