Only txns done on eligible MCCs fetched the Cashback.

Check your individual txns for Cashback Calculations.

Money Manger is showing Cumulative Amount, this cummulative amount must includes txns done on Excluded MCCs.

For example, Departmental Store MCC is Excluded.

But other Similar MCC is included which is rarely used.

But it is not necessary your nearby store is actually tagging 5311.

It may be possible that POS is tagging '5411'.

Do a small txn at same store with your HDFC or IDFC CC if you have, to find out MCC of that POS instantly

Even Reliance Smart/other Reliance Stores tag 5411 even when they sell variety of goods in different different categories like apparel/Electronics.

But beware, if that store may be using Multiple POS of different Company like Pinelabs or Paytm.

My nearby store is having both and both POS tag different MCC.

Yes that true my nearby store is also using different POS one is pinelab and other is Paytm. Now that require carefully investigation.

Only for CC txns they can tell you MCC over the Call.

It is Bank's Decision to Exclude Certain MCCs.

There is no Trick, you have to do actual Spendings on Eligible MCC.

First Verify MCC and then Spend.
