IndusInd Exclusive Account Welcome Kit

Disappointed with IndusInd. They have sent welcome kit by Speed Post and not by Blue Dart. Dispatched on 28th, it's still in Delhi 🙁

Opened online Exclusive account on 22nd Dec, VKYC and initial funding done same day.

Just received the 2nd debit card. This time it was sent through BlueDart and was delivered at my residence in spite of incomplete address 🙂

Now new issue 😀

I opened the account in Jodhpur park branch in Kolkata. Zerodha is not recognizing the IFSC code and giving invalid IFSC error when trying to add this account. Raised ticket, they want either statement or cancelled cheque to look into the issue. Btw haven't received cheque book yet - system generated request for cheque book was on 4th Jan.

Zerodha resolved the issue in under 24 hrs once I shared account statement and I was able to add this as my primary account. But now I am unable to transfer using UPI. Saying transaction limit exceeded even for 12K. What is the UPI transaction limit and is there any way to change it? I am able to transfer 1L in 24 hours from my IDFC account.

Wait for 5 days then you can transfer 1l a day

5 days from when? I activated UPI more than 5 days back.

Then contact customer care coz it took 5 days for to transfer amount in gpay

I know we can link pinnacle and exclusive after exclusive account is opened..
My question is: cane we link pinnacle while applying for exclusive account by providing our pinnacle card details in the sb account application online?

Nope. Apply for exclusive account, once you get the account opened, login to net banking and then add your pinnacle card to the account via link credit card option

I think you are trying to skip the account funding, instead want to use your pinnacle. I dont think its possible.

Do it after approval. Dont do anything with CC.

First login with savings account netbanking
Then link CC. Job done.

This was always the plan.
However,
I am confident that my CC will be upgraded to pinnacle...
So, I already opened the exclusive account today with 90K funding, done VKYC as well.
Will login to SB account tomorrow..
Afterwards I will link pinnacle to it whenever I get it.
