Looks like Kiwi with each app update fix less, introduces more bugs. 27~2 still this kind of problem! Mine was fixed when I was on older builds using the same process I shared.

I have applied card 26th July morning also did vkyc on 26th July morning. Still status is showing "Reviewing your KYC". Today I called customer care to collect application number but unfortunately they cannot see any application number against my mobile number. Don't know what is going on. Anyone facing the same?
Timeline
Day 1 --- applied thru app
Day 2 --- vkyc. I could have completed this on day 1 itself, but my network was bad.
Day 3 --- sms and email with app ref number.
Day 4 --- website on checking shows approved
Your Credit Card application is approved. The Card will be delivered to the registered address within 5 working days.
