If axis doesn't give voucher on zerodha spends then reach RBI ombudsman or consumer forum and claim compensation with voucher. Because UPI transactions has not any excluded mcc as per their t and c. So it should count otherwise RBI bamboo.

I know it will be hassle if they not give voucher and compain to RBI ombudsman but the matter is that any one can raise issue and let others know. So then they can try same. Remember if you are true then no matter what steps you have to take but we have to punish axis because it is doing awkward things only.

By the way I have open account in August month. And don't achieve 60000 spends target but done some transactions on liberty debit card on weekends waiting for cash back now. Can anyone tell average time taken by axis to process September month cash back?

They mentioned it like that, so if they circumvent it by any XYZ reason, I am not responsible.

Remember, you're talking about Axis here.

This is not HDFC.
Are you don't use your liberty debit card only upi. I am asking your experience if you used liberty debit card or anyone is requested to share.
I have doubt because some also said that they never got liberty debit card cash back.

I'm using debit card not upi.

Yes, using debit card

Probably they used at places, where they were not supposed to get cashback.

Pretty simple, innit?

So please tell usually till which date axis credit cash back arrives as per your past experience. And the voucher of 750.

I have done failed transaction on 23 August 2024 Screenshot_2024-10-14-23-15-28-537_com.mobikwik_new.webp and got refund on 7 october. After complaining to mobikwik and threatening them with RBI guidelines regarding rs 100 per day of compensation after t+5 days of period. Today mobikwik added 4300 in my wallet.

Can anyone calculate it and tell me is calculation is correct?

Ye toh dekh k hi samjh aa raha hai galat calculation hai
5 months and few more days × 30 days = 150+ days
₹100 per day × 150+ = more than ₹15000.

Baki itna regulation ka idea toh nahi hai apun ko.. dekh lo bhai
Konsa mere ko hissa dega ye
